  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large free-range eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
