  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the baking dish.
  4. For the sauce, mix ketchup and balsamic vinegar; brush over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest before slicing.
