  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and softened butter until crumbly. Add sugar and one egg yolk; mix until dough forms. Press into a tart pan and prick with a fork.
  3. Bake crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together cranberries, orange juice, sugar, eggs, and zest until combined. Pour over baked crust.
  5. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set but slightly jiggles in the center.
  6. Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
