  • 4 cups stale bread, cubed
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cup onions, finely diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted (optional)
