  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • Optional toppings: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese or 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
  3. Soak the corn in cold water for 15 minutes to retain moisture while grilling.
  4. Place soaked corn directly on the grill grates and close the lid. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
