  • 4 lobster tails (approximately 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350°F/175°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, split the lobster tails lengthwise and loosen the meat from the shell.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  4. Brush half of the garlic herb butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Place lobster tails meat-side down on the grill for 5-7 minutes until grill marks form.
  6. Flip the tails and brush with more garlic herb butter. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and opaque.
  7. Serve immediately, drizzled with any remaining garlic herb butter.
