  • 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes (fire-roasted preferred)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in canned tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta, tossing until evenly coated.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and let it melt slightly before serving.
