  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. For larger sprouts, quarter them for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
