Ingredients
For the Protein:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil, divided
For the Seasoning:

1 tsp ground cumin

Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Toppings:

8 small taco shells (corn or flour)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 lime, cut into wedges

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

Season the Proteins
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp and steak with the seasoning until well coated. -
Cook the Shrimp
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside. -
Sear the Steak
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Sear steak slices for 4–5 minutes or until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside. -
Warm the Taco Shells
Heat taco shells in a pan or microwave until warm and pliable. -
Assemble the Tacos
Fill each shell with shrimp and steak, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. -
Top and Serve
