Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 34 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse broccoli, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside. Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips; season with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
  2. Sear the Beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef strips until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  3. Stir-Fry Broccoli: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed along with remaining garlic. Add broccoli and stir-fry until bright green and tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
  4. Combine: Return beef to the skillet with broccoli; add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together for even coating.
  5. Serve: Transfer to plates or serve family-style from the skillet.
