  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup chopped fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Chop fresh fruits into small pieces and fold them gently into the yogurt mixture. If desired, add mini chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop out the bites from the molds and enjoy.
