  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
  • 1 cup French fried onions (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Sauté chopped vegetables in a skillet over medium heat until soft (5-7 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine turkey, sautéed vegetables, stuffing mix, chicken broth, milk, and half of the cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese and French fried onions.
