Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cups fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet; add heavy cream and scrape up any bits stuck to the bottom. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Cut cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with pasta in a large bowl. Pour Alfredo sauce over the mixture, add Italian seasoning, and toss to coat.
  6. Transfer to the prepared baking dish, top with more Parmesan cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
