  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted (about 3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
