  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced thinly
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in the dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Cool slightly before shredding.
