  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, salt, turmeric, and garam masala. Add chicken breasts, coat well, and marinate for at least one hour.
