  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • ½ medium green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the pork, chopping the cabbage, julienning the carrots, and slicing the bell pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil until shimmering.
  3. Add the sliced pork to the pan and sear until golden brown (about 5 minutes), seasoning lightly with salt.
  4. Once cooked, add minced garlic for about 30 seconds before adding cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper. Toss to combine.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well to coat all ingredients evenly. Cook for another couple of minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot on plates with optional sesame seeds for garnish.
