  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 600g)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta (about 225g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (100g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic and thaw the chicken.
  2. Generously coat chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions (about 8 minutes).
  5. In the same skillet, reduce heat, sauté minced garlic for one minute, then add heavy cream and stir gently. Add Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Slice the rested chicken and toss it with drained pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve warm.
