  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture; fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Drop mounds of dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly underbaked. Allow cooling on wire racks.
