  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
