  • 2 cups large-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
