Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and slicing chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half the butter. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
