  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
