Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed.
  5. Fold in dried cranberries and orange zest gently.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared sheets, spaced two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  7. Cool on wire racks before enjoying.
