  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and celery in olive oil until soft (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion and celery, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, poultry seasoning, egg, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
