  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic with cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture in the baking dish; place seasoned chicken on top and spread the remaining mixture over the chicken.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce over everything.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
