  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.

  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
