  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the remaining sugar.
  3. Add sour cream, apple cider, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until fully combined.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for about 60 minutes or until edges are set.
  5. Turn off oven and let cool inside for 1 hour before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
