  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and then incorporate eggs one at a time.
  3. Gently fold in sliced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the apple mixture over the crust and smooth evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix oats with brown sugar and melted butter until crumbly; sprinkle over cheesecake filling.
