  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Fold diced apples into the wet mixture.
