Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups tart apples, peeled and chopped (e.g., Granny Smith)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press evenly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and remaining sugar until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in chopped apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour filling over the prepared crust and smooth with a spatula. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center.
  6. Allow to cool completely before drizzling with caramel sauce. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
