  • 1/2 cup whole milk, warmed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and cinnamon. Add pumpkin puree and melted butter.
  2. Gradually mix in warmed milk until dough forms. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread butter over the surface and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Roll tightly and slice into individual rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and let rolls rest for another 20 minutes before baking for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
