  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a springform pan by lightly greasing it.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, chopped nuts, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheesecake filling.
  6. Bake for about one hour or until set in the center. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
