  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or chives), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
