Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 oz store-bought gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for one minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and soy sauce; bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in cooked gnocchi, allowing them to absorb the sauce for about three minutes.
  5. Plate the dish and top with sautéed chicken and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
