  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • ¼ cup ketchup (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder and Italian herbs.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Separate each biscuit into two halves and flatten slightly.
  5. Place about one tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit, top with more cheese, then seal tightly.
  6. Arrange on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ketchup.
