  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
