  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, heavy cream, soy sauce, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Layer potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot; place seasoned chicken on top. Pour the garlic cream sauce over everything.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
