  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, parsley, red onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. While the meatballs bake, prepare the tzatziki by mixing grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs hot with tzatziki on the side.
