  • 4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions for about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano; sauté for an additional minute.
