  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
