  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and optional spices like paprika or cayenne.
  3. In a bowl, combine hot honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil to create the sauce.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and drizzle half of the hot honey mixture over them. Bake for about 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. While baking, crumble feta cheese into a bowl. Once chicken is cooked, drizzle with remaining hot honey mixture and sprinkle feta on top. Return to oven for another 5 minutes until feta is melty.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
