  4. Punch down the dough and divide into equal pieces. Shape into pretzel twists.
  5. Boil water with baking soda. Cook each pretzel for about 30 seconds before removing.
  6. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake pretzels on lined sheets for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
