  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, black pepper, and soy sauce. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
