  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 8 oz tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey in olive oil for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
  3. Spread tortilla chips evenly on the baking sheet. Layer cooked turkey over the chips, followed by black beans and jalapeños. Top generously with cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, drizzle with hot sauce, and add dollops of sour cream before serving.
