  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook until golden brown (about 6 minutes per side). Let cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
