  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts for about 7-10 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Shred or cube the chicken.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed onions and garlic, cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
