  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680g)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard (120g)
  • 3 tbsp honey (63g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (30ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce until well combined.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and coat evenly with the mustard glaze.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
