  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
