  • 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes or until flaky; drizzle remaining marinade halfway through cooking.
  5. Optional: Broil for 2 minutes at the end for a caramelized finish.
  6. Serve garnished with sliced green onions.
